Lyric grew up in Rock Hill, South Carolina and earned her B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Legal Studies, from Winthrop University. During her time at Winthrop, Lyric was recognized on the Dean's List and worked part time as a legal assistant at a personal injury law firm where she found her passion for helping people. After earning her B.A., she continued to work as a legal assistant in several practice areas, including personal injury, real estate, family law, and estate planning. Having gained years of experience, Lyric decided to pursue law school and attended Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, North Carolina, earning her J.D. in 2024.
Lyric is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association.
In her spare time, Lyric enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and trying new restaurants.
